Pilates is a full-body workout. It focuses on the core while training the entire body as an integrated system. Workouts improve strength and balanced muscle development, flexibility and increased range of motion.

Be Pilates Fit offers one-to-ones, on the mat classes at venues across MediaCity, Manchester and Salford and corporate classes to provide health and wellbeing for employees.
